Sorry for the tardy response; this is my first visit to this forum. I have just installed the Pazon Surefire (and the Pazon dual coil) on my 850 mk3 but am still 2 months from road trials (this project is a total rebuild). HOWEVER, my spring 2008 project was a 1970 BSA 441 Victor, also a total rebuild. When completed, the bike absolutely would not start, and after hundreds of kicks over several weeks, I hurled the points into Lake Washington in frustration and installed a new Pazon kit. The bike fired on kick #1, started on kick #2, and has been a sweet and reliable ride ever since. In spite of the tempermental reputation of the Victor, I have never needed more than 2 kicks to start it, and still marvel at its lovely smooth idle. I am absolutely sold on Pazon products.
